A national landscape, a hilly route, gravel in all its forms - Sorahiisi offers gravel cycling on the best roads in Europe in the Lieksa and Juuwa area.
When we get to Koli, we're going to have a good drive! The shorter Sunset Ride and Sorahiisi 160 offer a hand-picked cycling route to suit everyone.
There's also the Sorahiisi 320, a 200-mile gravel run from Pielinen to the eastern border, starting at night. The six-man class is both a race and an adventure, with shorter distances being low-pressure fitness runs.

Sunset drive
An exciting 60 km evening cycle ride from the village of Koli through lakescapes and museum roads to Vuonislahti harbour. Finally, a boat transfer across the Pielinen river back to Koli at sunset.

Sorahiisi 160
160 kilometres of the Pielise River sparkling through the trees and an incredibly lively gravel road through dangers and marshes. The effort ends, of course, at the summit.

Sorahiisi 320
The gravel ski kingdom is a 320-kilometre gravel adventure that takes you around some of Lieksa's most rugged wilderness landscapes and gravel roads. The adventure race starts in the dead of night, with the racers setting off in the early summer morning.
